It is not just a pizzeria. As you can tell from the photo above, this restaurant also is a steak house!
This restaurant is frequented by locals who want a fast, casual lunch or dinner and you will see me there as well. I love their pizza when I have had enough of pasta for a while. Their selection of local cheeses, meats, and traditional Montalcino dishes will please mots guests.
This restaurant is affordable and delcious….so why wait?
San Giorgio has a wine shop right across the street so you can view thousands of bottles of wine and pick one to enjoy with your dinner. They also have an advanced tasting machine which allows you to taste great Brunello di Montalcino wines by the glass.
If you are not in the mood for pizza, no problem. They have a great selection of traditional pasta dishes to please the most demanding guests. The service is friendly and the prices are very affordable so make sure you get there early before the locals take all the tables.
P.S. Don’t worry about the selections listed on the wine list. If you don’t see a bottle that you like, walk across the street to their wine store and grab a bottle to taste.
