The history of this restaurant was born, in fact, in 1992 from the love of Mario and Vanna Fiorani for the genuine flavors of this generous Tuscan land, helped in this courageous life choice by two of their three daughters, Marina and Alessandra, who immediately, and very young, began to work alongside them making this dream over time a solid reality and today one of the stops not to be missed when visiting Tuscany!

Since 2000, the kitchen has been in the hands of the creativity of Alessandra who has made her own the secrets of dishes such as Antico Peposo or Trippa alla Montalcinese with Saffron and Carabaccia, jealously guarded by Mario for years….
The reception of guests is instead entrusted to the professionalism and kindness of Marina who can always count on the very valid help of the dining room staff. English, French and Spanish are spoken! This allows us to welcome in the best possible way even foreign guests, who are more numerous every year, and make them feel truly at ease!
Boccon DiVino will remain in your heart!. Each dish is created using genuine products such as the Crete Senesi Truffle or the Porcino dell’Amiata, and also game and vegetables from the garden, bread and pasta still made by hand, with a special attention to desserts, always different and delicious.
You will not find the usual platter of cold cuts and pecorino cheeses that, although delicious, can be found in every corner of Tuscany, but a lot of research and imagination, great products treated with respect and wisdom by our Chef Alessandra Fiorani
The restaurant is located about 800 meters from the historic center in the direction of SIENA, located on a delightful hill overlooking the Crete Senesi. From their terrace you can admire one of the most beautiful views of Tuscany, the cover of many glossy magazines; it is a real balcony on the world!
In the summer months, everything takes place outdoors, sheltered by the beautiful pergola that can be closed with large glass windows when necessary, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor spaces even on windy or rainy days and even in winter.
Comfortably seated, you can enjoy our specialties while sipping an excellent glass of Brunello di Montalcino, choosing from the many proposals by the glass or ordering a bottle from the increasingly well-stocked wine list, which offers a very wide selection of Brunellos and local wines as well as national and international ones.
